Questions before your first lesson?

Here are the basics. Studio-specific details can be refined as enrollment policies are finalized.

Do you offer a trial lesson?

Yes. New students may begin with a complimentary 30-minute trial lesson.

Do you teach beginners?

Yes. Lesson plans can be adapted for students beginning from the very first steps at the piano.

Do you teach adults?

Yes. Adult beginners, returning pianists, and experienced players are welcome.

How long are lessons?

Private lessons are offered in 30, 45, and 60-minute formats.

Which lesson length should I choose?

The best length depends on age, level, attention span, repertoire, and goals. The trial lesson can help determine the right starting point.

How is tuition structured?

Do students need a piano at home?

Regular access to an appropriate keyboard instrument is important for practice. Specific instrument recommendations can be discussed during the trial lesson.

What happens if I miss a lesson?

Cancellation and make-up rules are listed in the studio policy and should be reviewed before enrollment.

Are performance opportunities available?

Recitals, evaluations, auditions, or other opportunities may be offered when appropriate for the student and studio calendar.
