Monthly Scheduling & Make-Up Policy
- Minimum 24-hour notice required to be eligible for a make-up lesson.
- Make-up lessons are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
- Make-ups must be completed within the same calendar month.
- Missed lessons are not credited or carried over.
- Cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows are forfeited.
All tuition and package payments are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for unused or missed sessions.
PACKAGE 2 · QUARTERLY
12 lessons / 3 months
Quarterly Scheduling & Make-Up Policy
- 12 lessons to be completed within the 3-month quarter.
- More flexibility to reschedule lessons within the quarter.
- All 12 lessons must be completed before the end of the quarter.
- Unused lessons do not carry over to the next quarter.
- Minimum 24-hour notice is required to be eligible for a make-up lesson.

- Tuition is due on the first scheduled lesson.
Tardiness
- Lessons begin and end at the scheduled time.
- Student tardiness does not extend the lesson.
- If the instructor is late, missed time will be made up when possible.
Students Under 18
A parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult (18+) is expected to remain present during lessons.
If an adult is unable to remain present, prior approval from the studio and written consent from a parent or legal guardian are required for the student to attend independently.
