Tuition reserves a recurring lesson time and is due according to the selected monthly or quarterly package. Final due dates, accepted payment methods, and late-payment details should be confirmed before enrollment.

Students should arrive on time and ready to learn. Final cancellation notice requirements and make-up eligibility should be confirmed before enrollment.

Make-up lessons, credits, or rescheduling are not guaranteed unless they meet the studio’s final written cancellation policy. Teacher-cancelled lessons will be rescheduled or credited.

Please do not attend an in-person lesson while actively ill or contagious. When appropriate and available, an online lesson may be offered instead.

Consistent home practice is an important part of progress. Practice recommendations will be individualized by age, level, repertoire, and current goals.

Participation opportunities may be offered when appropriate. Any event fees, deadlines, dress expectations, or repertoire requirements will be communicated separately.

Student images, names, recordings, or performances will not be used publicly without the appropriate permission.
